2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're located outside these areas, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

7. Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Simply email us at support@pulel.shop with your order number, and we'll process the cancellation and issue a full refund. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled, but you can return it once it arrives according to our return policy.
8. How do I clean the organizer? Our organizers are made from durable, easy-to-clean materials. For most messes, a simple wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap will do. For tougher stains, you can spot clean with a soft brush. Avoid machine washing, as it may damage the structure. The non-slip backing helps keep it in place, even after cleaning.
